Dr. Jonathan Ridenour grew up in Tyler and has been in private practice in East Texas for over 10 years. He has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. His studies focused specifically on insight-oriented therapy and  psychological  and neuropsychological assessment. Afterwards, Dr. Ridenour went to Louisiana State University Health Science Center at New Orleans for his post-doctoral residency where he honed his training and acquired additional experience with children and adolescents. He was certified through the Harris Institute in Infant Mental Health for children from infancy to the age of 5. 

​Dr. Jonathan Ridenour started Wellspring Psychological Services with a vision to use his experience and training to provide the best care for patients by helping to foster collaboration between mental and medical healthcare providers in the community.
